Different people are asked for different things, and every check has a date on it.

Anyone earning on biddiA government ID — whether you work alone or as a company.
Anyone going into homesA certificate of good conduct, renewed every year.
Companies and B2BBusiness registration, plus the ID of whoever runs the account.
HouseholdsNo ID needed. There’s an optional badge if you’d like one.
A badge tells you exactly what we checked. It isn’t a promise the work will be good — that’s what the reviews are for.

A reputation nobody can buy

Everything below is earned from appointments that actually happened, and that the record can back up.

Published price menusEvery listing shows its prices, in whatever units the trade uses. Whatever’s published when you ask is what the job is priced at.
Price accuracyWe track whether the final price matched what was published. Quoting low and charging high won’t win anyone work here.
Turning up on timeArrivals are logged and attendance is public. If someone says you didn’t show, you get to answer before it counts against you.
Cancellation rateBoth sides carry one. If the other party caused it, you’re not the one who wears it.
Double-blind reviewsNeither review shows until both are written. And a bad one doesn’t come down just for being bad.
What gets an account closedWriting or buying reviews. Taking a match off the platform after biddi introduced you. Pushing the other side to cancel, or to pay outside. Not turning up, again and again. Each has its own ladder, and the last rung is a closed account.

One booking fee when it locks, and we follow it through to completion.
